These terms apply to everyone using lasvegasfoodguru.vercel.app ("the site"), including diners and restaurant owners who advertise.
Diners and coupons
Deals and coupon codes are offered by the restaurants, not by Las Vegas Food Guru. Each restaurant decides whether to honor an offer and sets its fine print. We are not responsible for a restaurant's food, service, or refusal to honor a deal.
Advertising plans
- $10 for 3 days: 1 Hot Deal + 1 small coupon.
- $25 a month: up to 2 Hot Deals + 3 small coupons, billed monthly by PayPal until cancelled.
- 7-day free trial: one per business. Ads pause automatically when the trial ends unless the owner subscribes.
Ad content
Owners must only advertise offers they will honor and must own the rights to photos they upload. We may review, edit for formatting, decline, or remove any ad that is misleading, offensive, illegal, or not food-related. Sidebar positions rotate randomly; no fixed position or number of views is guaranteed.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
